My complaint:

I purchased two round trip tickets to Germany on 10212019 and paid $1,778.00. The tickets were subsequently cancelled due to COVID-19 pandemic. I cannot locate the e-mails or travel itineraries that they originally sent me and that were sent after the cancellation. I have since contacted Rox (844) 846-1969 and the original agent who sold me the tickets, Apex, (855) 713-6377 and they have both stonewalled and lied to me by telling me they would send me my original ation number and e-mails that they originally sent me and then failing to do so. They only thing they tell me is the tickets are now expired. If that is true please credit my account $1,778.00 as the tickets were not used and I have no future flight plans

Send all e-mails associated with these tickets and the original itinerary to include the ation number and return my funds that they have no right to hold
