My complaint:
We called the airline to the return flight, the airline told us that the flight was cancelled and a refund was issued. We DID NOT authorize the cancellation of the return flight from the MNL to IAD. NO REFUND HAS BEEN RECEIVED. We have tried to call and email no return phone call or email. We sent emails directly to Aishwarya and another email to customer service. We asked for a supervisor no contact from the supervisor. We need the ticket reissued at their expense. We ask for PROOF of the cancellation, no return email. At this point we believe this was deliberate so they could resell that ticket as pure profit.
Suggested solution:
They need to reissue the return ticket NOW.
