Complaint: Flight cancellation due to COVID

My complaint:

I bought tickets to Japan back in November and Asap tickets were gladly to book my flight but right when I decided to cancel it in fear of the economy shutdown I cancelled. The next week or two my agent was waiting for a refund and then all of a sudden she disappeared… I cannot get a hold of her now no matter what it takes. I speak to different representatives and they can email the agent but says that “they can handle it”. Still have not got my refund. This is not right, ASAP Tickets should not have the license to operate in the United States.

They need to work with the clients and issue them refunds. I am not the only one expecting a refund for my tickets!!
