ASAP Tickets complaint: Losing $1750 or adding $1000 to travel

My complaint:

I was traveling from CVG to RBT.
I purchased five round trip tickets, leaving from 53020 returning 082420.
Two months before my traveling date, I received an email that the flights were canceled. Immediately, I wrote to the travel agent which booked my flights. I requested a refund. After telling me I did not have to cancel my flight, he wrote to inform me I would lose $1750 of penalties and only $4438.45 will be refunded, and suggested to keep my tickets credit for future use.
I contacted Delta- Airfrance airlines (which the flights were scheduled with) and they stated that my tickets were fully refunded to Asapticket.
I do not think this is fair because I did not choose not to travel.
I called Asapticket and they disowned Delta claim.
Today, I’m trying to rebook but they’re asking to pay $200 for each ticket ($1000 total) to repurchase the tickets even though, I kept the same destinations and dates. I have made a search and the prices are the same as last year.
Please help me: None of the options is fair: It is not my fault I couldn’t travel.
