My complaint:
Bought business class tickets MCO-VCE to go on NCL cruise. Cruise cancelled. Found out after the fact that tickets were non changeable. LHasap wanted $1000 to rebook to new cruise out of ATH. We chose to fly VCE-ATH on AZ for $139 each. ASAP wanted us to fly Iberia for $600
Suggested solution:
Informed us at time of booking LH flight was nonrefundable. We would not have booked.
