My complaint:
I purchased a ticket to Istanbul from dallas. Turkish airlines canceled one of my flights Then ASAP charged me $71 for fixing the problem. They used my $109 travel insurance too. Turkish airlines gave me another flight with not enough layover time and ASAP ticket hit me with another $71 fee.
Suggested solution:
After speaking with Turkish Airlines the ASAP company needs to reinstate my travel care package $109 credit and refund me $142 which are the fees for fixing my ticket which I did not request any changes.
