My complaint:
I purchased my ticket with agent name hazel she told me if I pay little extra in case I need to change any think on the ticket there we’ll be some fine I said no I didn’t pay extra money so things went wrong with my schedule back I nieded to change my come back day I called before I left to change my comeback day I spook with agent name rafi he told after u use the first trip on the ticket call us we will dot then since July 10th I’ve Ben trying to reach costmer line every Tim I call a ticket agent answer my call then they the same thing they say we’ll forward my to asuperviser since no burst contact me via email nor phone I spook with bathetic told it cold be don through the ticket agent but they not answering me every time I call same agent answers but no result
