ASAP Tickets complaint: Worst Customer service

My complaint:

There were lots of changes done to our tickets by the airline which was always and always assisted by the airline and none of it was done by ASAP tickets .. they were the one who booked the whole ticket and everything for us . Now there were a lot of things where no place did ASAP tickets helped . The worst happened when we reached the airport with all our ticket and the lady said .. u don’t have tickets . We contacted ASAP tickets and after keeping us on hold for 2.5 hours they didn’t help us and we missed our flight … and can u believe the agent said we don’t know how to contact the airline .. and yes .. we had travel insurance

Suggested solution:

We have tried reaching them out and and their agent Fringilla is incapable of helping Return the tip we gave to their agent .. refund our travel insurance money and a compensation.
