My complaint:
We started a cancellation of two tickets from Philadelphia to Mumbai in October 4 two months ago Confirmation number is NZRS02. We have sent all documents which were required: marriage certificate, letters of our doctors about medical conditions. We paid for insurance of both tickets. We called almost every day during this period of time but every time we receive the same answer: we are waiting for response of Airline. Just few days left till October 4 but our tickets are still not canceled. We are very tired to call them without any success. Please, help us
