My complaint:

I PURCHASED A TICKET FROM ASAP TICKETS OVER A MONTH AGO, MY DAUGHTER IS IN THE ICU AND I CAN;T TRAVEL NOW I AM BEING TOLD SOMEONE FROM THEIR ESCALATIONS DEPARTMENT WILL GET BACK TO ME AND NEVER SO MUCH AS AN EMAIL NO CORRESPONDENCE MY TRIP DATE IS OCT 6TH 2022 I CAN NOT MAKE THAT DATE AND I AM TIRED OF WAITING FOR A RESPONSE I SIMPLY WANT TO CANCELL THE TRIP ALL TOGETHER AND GET MY MONEY BACK PLEASE

SINCE THEY WANT CHANGE MY DATES AS REQUESTED FOR A LATER TIME IN NOVEMBER 2022 THEN I WOULD SIMPLY LIKE THEM TO CANCEL AND REFUND ME MY MONEY I HAVE CHECKED WITH AA AIRLINES AND THERE IS NO CANCELLATION FEES AND CATHEY AIRLINES HAS NO CANCELLATION FEES THE AIRLINES FOR THE TRIP
