My complaint:
Purchased two tickets for students . One nsne was spelt wrong . Agent was not available immediately to fix the name change . Other student couldbt travel due to family energency. Sp tickets had to be cancelled . Asap tickets will not regund and wants to reissue . One student already left with a different airline the other cannot travel. Im asking them to reissue in my name so I can at least use the tickets they said no
Suggested solution:
I want them to either regund the tickets yo the card that was used or reissue one ticket in my name and refund the other ticket
