My complaint:

First, I asked if they do inclusive trips. The answer was yes, but they do not. I was also told if I needed to make a change that it would not be a problem. When I tried to do so, I was asked for additional money. I then asked if could I change the trip to Portugal because the internet advertises that you can get a round trip for the same amount of money I paid for my ticket. I was told no. I asked if could I do a flight to Denver, and at first I was told they could not do that because they can’t change it from international to national. Easily changing the rules to suit them. After a long hold, I was told they can give me the flight to Denver but with a 7-hour layover going and a 5-hour layover departing. The airline is offering people credit or a refund for a 2-hour delay but wants me to wait in the airports all day to get to another state, not even another country. At first, the agent told me to wait and maybe someone will cancel and I’ll get a better flight. Soon after, I was told that was the best Spirit can do. The agent contacted me through email to tell me to call Spirit Airlines. I contacted Spirt Airlines and they can’t find the reservation or my name. Please may have my money back? I promise will never contact ASAP or Spirit Airlines again. Thanks in advance.
