My complaint:

ASAP Travel overcharged ourANA Return Ticket to Manila, total amount of $300. A portion of the overcharge was a $100 charge for tip or gratuity to the Representative. $178 charge in case we extend our travel plans. But the worst part is that our credit card company was hesitant credit our dispute because the said gratuity was under the part of “service” by ASAP.
ASAP knows the ins and out of overcharging customers.
BTW upon paying for our tickets over the phone, our representative also asked us to pay online.
As soon as we clicked PAY, the overcharge got included on the price of the ticket, promises of rectifying the overcharge never happened!!!

Suggested solution:

ASAP needs to satisfy our dispute and credit our Chase Credit Card.
