My complaint:

ASAP is the most deceitful company I have ever dealt with personally or in business. I purchased a round trip ticket from them earlier this year. Due to covid issues, there were changes to the itinerary on several occasions for the departure flight. Each time, it took me weeks to get an ASAP agent to make the change. I was always charged more money by ASAP, when the airline said I should not have been! Total rip off!
Now a segment of my return flight has been cancelled by the airline. I have been trying for over 3 weeks to get agents at ASAP to reschedule. They always say Ill call you back or I will get a supervisor to call back and they don’t. Flat out liars!
The airline says they will change it if ASAP contact them, but they do nothing. The agents also preface their conversations saying that if they rebook a cancelled reservation, that I will have to again pay more money. This is a scam and I will do everything to be sure that other consumers know this company is criminal.

Suggested solution:

Reschedule my flights at no charge and take this action within 48 hours.
