My complaint:

I contacted Asap tickets for a refund immediately when travel advisory got worse for me and was told they couldnot help me. I contacted Delta the next day they put in a refund request in August when I requested it and ed the monies were sent to Asap tickets on nover 12th I emailed this with the refund reciept to Asaps team they offered me a credit voucher I am in the rights of the 7 days but allowed Delta to do due dilligence now that ASAP has the money they’re trying to tell me a refund would take 6-7 months or I can accept a voucher.
When I told them I want my money back they wanted to callme I do not trust ASAP tickets at all at this point and told them to follow up in writing they have not since responded.
