My complaint:
I was in agreement with asap that I’m getting my refund, in other words they ask me to pay another $300 for any fee that they’re asking. so I have 4 tickets that I paid $2900. and they ask another $300 so they can expedite my refund but until now I haven’t seen any of refund, this was started april 2020. its been over 6 mos. no one can give me right answer.Waiting for my refund is costing me more coz I have to pay interest every month on $100.
Suggested solution:
they need to refund me coz I paid extra $300 to get my refund but no one seems to know whats going on, I am expecting Asap to get in touch with me coz. I am going to seek legal action. I think I gave you guys enough time to figure things out but it seems like no one knows whats going on.
