My complaint:
Dealing with ASAP tickets has been an absolute nightmare. I purchased round trip tickets Istanbul to BirminghamAl, and Birmingham back to Istanbul my second flight got canceled. An agent by the name of Miley called me to reassure me I could get a flight when they reopened so when flights reopened I called and thats when hell began agent Miley sent me a flight for an additional total of 1200$ when I stated I didn’t understand why I was having to pay more money she said take it or I will request a refund. I then called asap tickets immediately asking for a supervisor which the agent laughed at me and said good luck and hung up on me. I then kept calling and someone gave me a mangers name and email by the name of Anderson to which Anderson replied he had no Telephone and would communicate thru email which after that he never responded to. Thus email told me my calls where being reviewed due to I had never requested a refund. I then called and got an agent Moggy who told me the phone review showed I never requested refund Miley requested with the airline company in June. And that the agent will be replacing my flight the following day again this is still in June. Months went by of calling and calling to finally speak to the original booking agent who then told me ASAP would do a refund or a flight I had already purchased a new flight airline direct and after this nightmare refused any flight from ASAP and stated I wanted my money back the sum was supposed around $550 dollars nothing close to my original ticket prices but I was willing to take the lose to never have to deal with ASAP again. Agent Vanessa contacted me I filled the refund form in September and still have been waiting. AGENT Vanessa stated it was transferred to my account and my bank has no knowledge of this. This company are theirs I paid for a service I never received and there is no customer service just a run around on top of agent Miley calling to cuss me out and be beyond rude when she found out she was going to have to replace my ticket due to her requesting an enital refund which I didnt request. I have been left in tears and stranded during a pandemic because of this company. Do not book with them I booked cheaper with airline direct. Airline stated to me they would have put me on another flight with no charge back in June but an agent Miley requested a refund and they had issued it to ASAP tickets back in June its now October and still have not seen my refund on top of all the other very unprofessional things I have been put thru because I booked with ASAP
Suggested solution:
I just want my refund completed and to never have to book with this company also perhaps actually do an investigation on your employees Agent Miley and supervisor Anderson because unless this is the type of employees you actually want they both are beyond unprofessional
