ASAP Tickets complaint: Ticket from US to Philippines

My complaint:

I purchase this ticket for a May 2, 2020 flight and it keeps getting cancelled due to corona virus. ASAP ticket won’t refund and now they won’t accomldate my calls and keep hanging up.

Suggested solution:

Refund me my hard earned $$
