My complaint:
On 12422 I was issued a refund of $7,945.75 from ASAP Tickets to a credit card that we closed in 2020. I have been in contact over the months with ASAP tickets customer service and have been told each time that we need to contact the bank and that the refund was issued. I have written the bank. I have called and emailed the bank. The bank’s response remains the same up to today May 25th – THE BANK DOES NOT HAVE OUR REFUND.
We would like our money back.
