My complaint:

My husband cancel his flight going to the Philippines and he cancel due to covid situation. So the agent of ASAP her name is IMPALA she said we need to pay the processing fee $270 for refund. So we paid that one and we still waiting for our refund since July 7,2020 till now she never answer our call and email. I’m so frustrated for that.
