My complaint:
In late 2019 I purchased 2 airline tickets to Europe from the US for travel in September 2020 via ASAP Travel.
The trip was cancelled due to Covid (Americans not allowed into the countries we were traveling to) so I requested a refund from ASAP.
ASAP told me the airline said my ticket type did not qualify for a refund. I contacted the airline and they said the ticket type is eligible for a refund. I told ASAP this and they still refused to refund my airline ticket.
I am now filing a dispute with the credit card company.
Suggested solution:
They should refund the tickets.
