My complaint:
My wife and I were to travel to the Philippines in May of 2020. Our flight with Korean air was cancelled. We rebooked our flight for October of 2020 we had to pay an additional $68.00 total for fair increase. Our flight was again cancelled. We requested a refund since our employer would not allow a 3rd vacation change. Asap tickets wants to charge us $250.00 per ticket for a refund. Korean air cancelled our flights not us. We are being penalized for no fault of ours.
Suggested solution:
They should give us a full refund with no penalties since we have done everything they have asked us to do and are being screwed out of $500.00 for no fault of ours. Korean air has said we are eligible for a full refund and should not have been charged the $68.00 fair increase either. Asap is taking advantage of consumers.
