My complaint:
They dont want to refund my ticket or rebooked. Our flight was cancelled coz Air Canada was cancelled the flight. I talked to Air Canada regarding there policy with the agency and they told me that they can give a full credit refund for a future use. It can be transferable and they can give this even without travel protection because of the covid-19. I really don’t know why they can do anything about it for almost 2 months talking with different agent.
Suggested solution:
I dont know why cannot do full refund and they want to deduct a huge amount before refunding and i want just ti rebooked it but they said there is still no available flight. How come? If it is for a new customer they have an available flight.
