My complaint:
Hi i purchased a ticket for me and my family. Not once was i told the tickets were non refundable or non exchangeable by the agent. Now they refusing to exchange my ticket. Turkish Airlines rebooked from Montreal to instabul but they refuse to exchange from toronto to Montreal. They say air Canada want no show fee. When i call air canada they say they cant find anything that says no show. The agent tried to scam me thousands but segments of the flight was done by Turkish Airlines. Asap tickets telling me since they did some segments they they have to complete it. I asked for a refund and they talk about fare rules. Not once was fare rules mentioned to me when i bought the tickets. They only thing that was said when i ask about covid test problems was that all fees can be waived. This has me so upset 11 days now dealing with this issue and being told me they will update me everyday. Im stress out i have kids i cannot make a priority right now. They have my kids money and refusing to return my money. Please help me.
