My complaint:

I bought ticket going to the Philippines travel will June 2020 due to covid we cant travel. I contacted asap agent for reschedule and they agreed for open ticket. October 2020 I got a call from my ticket agent from ASAP informing me I need to travel within this year or before end of 2020 I told the agent I cant travel the option left was to refund my ticket. Oct 9, 2020 we process the cancellation of the ticket. I filled and submit all the requirements needed. Nov 9 2020 y agent emailed me I will get my refund after 14 days. I called my agent December 28 2020 informing me the fund was transferred already but I didn’t received the fund I went to my bank and check the bank staff told me there’s no pending fund for me. I called several times this month January 2021 I spoke to my agent once after that I cant get hold the agent.

Suggested solution:

The agent ask me to check in my bank and also he emailed his supervisor about my concern. Until now he didnt called me back to update. My complaint still unresolved.
