My complaint:
I bought two international tickets for may from ASAP TICKETS with airindia. the flights were cancelled due to covid. Air India told me that they are providing me full refund. I even paid for the ticket protection But these people won’t let me get my refund and they tell me I can only use half of the amount in future
Suggested solution:
Cancel my tickets and provide full refund.
