My complaint:
The ticket was purchased on March 19, 2020 for an overseas trip. In June the airline company (Finnair) cancelled all the trips from US until March 2021. I spoke with my agent, Apex, and he said that refund would take 120 days. I also purchased insurance, so he said that there would be no cancellation fee, but they would keep my premium.
Almost 4 months later – still no refund!. I contacted the company again – and now they want to keep my premium, and charge also 250$ for cancellation!
Suggested solution:
Full refund. It's not my fault that airlines cancelled all flights.
