My complaint:
Hello ,
My name is Taiseer Karar, I booked a ticket on October 4 through your agent Fradille
The tickets is round trip from Chicago international o’hair to Vienna via Amsterdam and the other one is from Vienna to Chicago via amesterdam but unfortunately when I reached amesterdam on October 4 the immigration office on amesterdam denied me to complete my journey to Vienna and return me back to Chicago.
So I wed ASAP to help me refund my money back as I did not use the tickets in full also I’d call the agent he never pick the phone and they transfer me from agent to another agent without solving the problem
