Complaint: Was charged for a service not provided paid extra for insurance and its been 6 months and still no refund

My complaint:

Nightmare that is asap! My flight got canceled due to covid ok no worries from what an agent Miley called to tell me when it got canceled simply call when flights reopen and I have a voucher from the airline. Flights reopen I call asking for my flight agent Miley sends me an additional 1200$ total for my flights which I had already paid the ticket prices fully. I asked why additional was being asked she said take the offer or ill request a refund. I immediately called asap for Manger where I got laughed at told good luck and hung up on. From that point I spoke to numerous agents who did nothing and got a manager email who responded with they didnt have a phone and would be in touch thru email haha yes still waiting on that. Finally the original booking agent contacted me being very apologetic and offered me two things a flight or partial refund. I had waited over 3 months for this flight to be fixed I went ahead and booked airline direct so now I’ve paid for this flight 2 times.This agent I told I didn’t want another flight with asap id take the partial refund and count my loss to not deal with this rude company ever again in-between all this I left out an agent Miley calling me to snap at me because you filled a false refund and I spoke to the airline who told me they had already refunded asap tickets back in June its almost November. I have been left in tears I was stranded in another country away from my family during a pandemic aswell and they did nothing to resolve the problem and I purchased their protection insurance
