ASAP Tickets complaint: Delta e -credit due to cancelled flight

My complaint:

I booked my ticket through ASAP initially to travel with Delta . Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to reschedule my flight. Delta gave me an E credit and stated i had to go back to ASAP to rebook. However it has been an absolute nightmare trying to book my flight with ASAP with the e credit they constantly keep stating it will get booked and that i will receive a call back and this does not happen, I have been calling since beginning of August im due to fly to London in November the first week and am urgently trying to secure this a i have a family matter that i need to attend too. I would like to see this complaint escalate so please advise?
