My complaint:
I bought 3 tickets to go to Ecuador for April 2020 and due to the pandemic could not fly the 3 of us. ASAP will not refund the full amount of $2,095, they want to refund me back only $625. Go over and over with many agents and they all play the same game. We should file a class action law suit against this company or the government should step up on this scam.
