My complaint:

My parents and I flights were cancelled and we rescheduled the flight with another agent. The agent never processed the reschedule flights. I attempted multiple times to get our flights rescheduled through the same agent and never got a response back. I contacted customer service to help resolve the issue I was sent to another agent which as well only reached out once. After the he stopped responding to my emails regarding rescheduling our flights. Eventually I decided to fill a dispute with my credit card to get a refund to make a purchase with another airline. Asap ticket agent then decided to respond back to me after getting another ticket and the refund was processed with my bank. Based on their so called policy the tickets were non refundable so we was billed again.
