My complaint:
Exodus C processed my refund on dec 28,2020 with $250 processing fee and the remaining $569 is to go back to the credit card I’ve provided but still waiting to get the refund. called and Exodus hung up on me and when I called again, it went to voice mal. Hercules is another agent in the same team is trying to get another processing fee with a voucher which I refused. When I call, All I get is the run around.
Suggested solution:
Honor the refund as agreed upon instead of giving no response and asking to wait for the refund. according to philippines airlines, refund already went to asaptickets.
