ASAP Tickets complaint: ASAP won’t process another flight route after United Airlines refunded the money back to them due to cancellation

My complaint:

ASAP say they can’t do anything to reissue a ticket since I had to cancel a flight due to inclement weather. Pilots were grounded. United supervisors have explicitly told me twice that they can’t do anything with the ticket since it is up to the ticket agency to make the necessary changes since it is considered a special discounted bulk fare. But when I contact ASAP tickets they tell me they can’t do anything because United gained control over the ticket when it was cancelled. I have since had someone call me from ASAP saying that they were assigned my case but they haven’t called back or emailed me anything and I don’t even get email responses now when I send emails asking about what is happening with this situation.

Suggested solution:

ASAP needs to either reissue the ticket so I can fly to my destination or refund my money back to my card since United has already refunded the money back to them.
