My complaint:
I booked a ticket from Toronto to Douala from December 31 to January 22 via an agent named Brightman. I noticed that my flight had 2 stops in Europe and while speaking with Brightman, I asked him, if I needed a visa since there’s a transit in Europe, which he replied no, I don’t need a visa. I went to the airport and was told that I need a visa to travel and I ended up being stuck at the airport.
Suggested solution:
I want a refund to be able to purchase a new ticket
