My complaint:
I purchased tickets for me and my ex boyfriend a few days ago , since then he has threatened to killed me and pull out a gun on me , I’m handling this. After with the police who informed me to cancel the tickets and change my flight immediately a restraining order is being issued as well , Since then I called and talk with 12 people who doesn’t take this seriously and I feel like my life will be in danger and I can die in the Sade airport as a result of this this man is very bitter all I need to do is get a refund and see what we change the dates which I put protection just in case I had to on the tickets but now they won’t get back to me they hang up the phone on me and they give me the runaround.
Suggested solution:
The police said to Cancel tickets immediately because this is going to be a court issue
