Complaint: They are holding my refund check

My complaint:

In about January, 2020 i purchased a ticket from asap to kenya for $1449.89. I ended up getting to paris. Delta told us that we didn’t need a covid test to go, but when we got to paris they stopped us because we didnt have our test. An paris sent us back to US. Because Delta gave us wrong info they refunded my ticket. On November 11,20.. But they sent the money to asap who i didnt owe anything. Because the check they sent was for $1,080. They said thats what asap paid them. But they are holding my refund and i owe them nothing. Delta sent me a text msg that they had sent the check to asap. I spoke to mr atkinson and sent him a copy of the text. All he is telling me is that he is waiting on the reply from the company.

Asap to send me my refund now. They had taken out over $400. I owe them nothing. I am filing a complaint with US Attorney General and Better Business Bureau
