My complaint:
They offered me a voucher after my flight was cancelled and I had to buy a new ticket from them to return home, but every time I try to use the voucher they come with another stupid excuse not to honor the voucher.
They lie to customers to get them to accept the vouchers knowing very well that they do not intend to honor those vouchers.
Suggested solution:
I would like them to honor the voucher or give me a full refund.
