My complaint:
I have been trying to get a refund for my ticket for a month. The agent said it will be a $300 Processing fee and I reluctantly agreed. A month later I have both called and emailed the agent with no response. Now they are telling me he is the only one that can view my account and if a new agent takes over it will take 5-7 months to process. Huh? That is absolutely ridiculous and it sounds like a scam.
Suggested solution:
At this rate I need a full refund.
