My complaint:
I called a couple of times asking for this company to give me my refund and their passing me from one agent to another. Their refusing to give me y refund and because of the COVID i don’t want to travel it’s not safe cases are going up..hopefully thru this complain i can get my refund and they only give me until Jan. 21, 2020 to use my ticket otherwise it will be expired which is not fair..is there anything we can do about this company to be closed cause their fooling the people regarding this matter..

All i want is to get my refund pls.
