ASAP Tickets complaint: Uncooperative agents

My complaint:

have been told that I cannot book yet to the Philippines because only Philippine Nationals can do so ……so I was unable to meet the one year deadline because of that. December 11th,2020 was the cutoff period but it clearly says on Korean airlines website due to Covid they are extending that deadline….. I cannot get any agent at ASAP to help me yet…I have tried three of them to work with me on this they say the ticket cannot be used and there’s no credit …..please help me because I want to be able to rebook this later for 2021.

Note:Originally I had canceled my flight approximately 2 days before I was to leave in January 18th, 2020 because I had to have a knee replacement because of an injury and was unable to fly ……I sent doctors information to show and verify this was the reason.

Suggested solution:

Contact Korean airlines and find out how much credit I have coming to me for rebooking later for 2021
