My complaint:
I bought two tickets from an agent by the name of Mayumi on August 13, 2021. I was between sleep and wake 12am in the morning US eastern time. I told the agent that I was tired and didn’t want to purchase the tickets until the next day and she convinced me and sold the tickets to me. The next day I realized and sent her an email to change the tickets and she never responded to my emails. I contacted asap tickets and I was told that the tickets was nonrefundable. I decided to cancel the tickets and get my refund within 24 hours and was told that I can’t get any refund from this tickets. I have called and thought that I could use the tickets and they refused. I need my refund. I worked hard for my money and I should be refunded

By calling me and issue my refund or change the tickets in my name.
