ASAP Tickets complaint: Problems with the ticket and reserving Aisle Seats

My complaint:

I bought a ticket ITN (N74N8V) that I was supposed to leave Los Angeles on August 31,2021. Because in my destiny , Israel , they put in isolation for at least a week and the CDC almost recommends that US ctizens should not fly now to israel , I changed the flight ticket. It cost me additional $ 450 ( The new ITN is NMOLSP) because I do not want to go there where the penalty for getting out of isolation is around $ 1,000 .

In the orgnal ticket , I contacted AirCanada and paid for aisle seat for the flight from LA to Toronto , Toronto to Tel-Aviv and Zurich to Los Angeles.

The travel agent told me that I need to contact Aircanada to exchange
the previous aisle seat to the new ticket. I waited more than 3 hours on the phone until somebody came. Then I was told that they have no record either of the previous or the new reservation.

When I ordered the new ticket , i had to file a payment form more than 6 times.

I am so frustrated with your service and the service of AirCanada. I am not planning any other tickets from ASAP or AirCanada.

If you can not help me with getting the aisle seats, then do not bother to call me or respond to my compaint.

Suggested solution:

Get me back my reservation nd give me a good explanation for why I had to go through all of this frustration
