My complaint:
Name on ticket is missing the last letter. We called to get it fix and they refuse to fix unless we.send passport as an ID. InfortunTely don’t have passport yet, so sent other forms.of ID and they won’t make change. I submitted name correctly by email. It was an error on agent side.
Suggested solution:
Just fix name. It's been week and no resolution.
