My complaint:
I purchased tickets through a ASAP travel agency found out that my husband was having a procedure. I had purchased travel insurance on top of the tickets itself contact them as a matter. Fact talked to about 15 different people still did not get anything resolved each time I called back there was a different answer to each questions. I’m so frustrated at this point because $700 is a lot of money coming from someone on a fixed income, they gave me incorrect information when I purchased a ticket and then I did not receive the travel agency invoice until after the tickets were purchased in order for me to look at the contract and I called him and I try to explain to them I emailed I did everything that I was supposed to do and they still refused to refund my tickets and they said they were going to give me credit. I asked for documentation and they did not send that as well , I am forwarding over all the emails that I have sent to this customer and they still as of yet have refunded or gave me credit towards these tickets and I had contacted them on 31 May and I’m just getting turned around and turned around and that’s why I’m contacting you are
Suggested solution:
I just think that you all need to take a look at this company because they’re doing something that very unprofessional they’re training their customer service representatives to be deceiving. I would like a credit towards future dates for these tickets. The total amount of $669, that’s all I have been asking at first I had asked for a refund, but at this point I am tired of fighting with them
