My complaint:
I bought 4 tickets worth USD 4729.40 for me and my family to travel on 5272020 but BA canceled our flight due to C19. BA refunded the money @100% but ASAP is now wanting to change me $150per ticket before they can refund the money. Why are these people given so mush power to abuse customers like this? Every one that picks up the phone gives out sodo names but not their real names e.g. Jacko, nonsense, Joes e.t.c. What kind of company is and why would the U.S government allow such business to operate without any regard of the law.
Suggested solution:
Simple! Just refund my money @ 100% (USD 4729.40).
I have been dealing with three of them using sudo name e.g. Jacko, nonsense & Johnie. But the one that sold the tickets to me was Mitchel.
