My complaint:

My fiancé has purchased a flight to the Philippines that was scheduled to leave in May of 2020. Because of Covid-19 the flight was cancelled. Despite numerous phone calls to ASAP, the still have not issued a refund and have constantly put her off. Telling her it could take months before issuing a refund.

Suggested solution:

Just issue the refund s as promised.
