My complaint:
we booked two tickets to Switzerland to travel June 16. Stark was the agent who helped us and he after we bought them for USD 2,186.08 on February 7,2020. He asked for a courtesy tip and we gave $90.00
After Corona virus epidemic, we kept calling him for several times until he emailed me back with cancellation form. I filled it out on June 1. Up till now I have not heard from them and I did not get a refund yet. We called them and they said the airline will charge us penalty if we asked for a refund. we should ask for a voucher. We don’t want any voucher because we cannot travel any more.
Suggested solution:
They should send us a cancellation ation and refund us our money on the credit card
