My wife was going to a Tampa to London Flight ation number nkc392 and we purchase the flight before we found out the country was locked down and then her doctor would not let her fly due to heart conditions and major risks we turned in a letter from the doctor and requested a refund they said we get one in two weeks it’s been almost two months and we still haven’t received anything. please return my call if you can thank you
