My complaint:
I purchased 3 tickets to Bari Italy in November 2019 to travel in July 2020. The flight was cancelled due to the corona virus. ASAP tickets purchased my ticket from Delta airlines. I have contacted them and have a letter in writing that they have refunded ASAP tickets. My agent from ASAP emailed me that I was Also eligible for a full refund. She is no longer working for ASAP. I have been assigned now 4 different agents. I have been offered a $4,900 credit which is unacceptable. I did purchase the insurance as well.
